Hi everybody,

I got a call from NY today from people I'm helping out from time to time (free of charge). They have a VFP program purchased long time ago (didn't purchase support) called Exceed. I saw that program and didn't like it much, but anyway.

The problem seems to be that this program now has a problem making backups. I haven't yet looked into the problem or spoke in details, but just want to be prepared to this conversation.

Do you know on which aspects should I concentrate my troubleshooting?
