Tell you what - because you won't believe it from me - please go make your argument to an attorney who is a moderate, and he/she can explain it.

My only comment is you're making a huge value judgment that would never stand up in any court, or be found in any case law or precedent. The statement was that "most of whom had nothing to do with the creation of the wealth". Maybe the creator did so to take care of his/her children.

Regardless, you're putting a context on "why" the wealth was made. I could stand up and say that 98% of today's modern pop music is crap and socially without value, and start a movement that would seize all their wealth the minute the musicians kick the bucket. Property rights are retained through inheritance law. That's why you have law firms that specialize in this area. Yes, it gets complicated, they vary from state to state, and there are inheritance taxes (and if your buddy Obama had his way, they'd go up substantially).
