hmmm...well I find it rather disturbing that one needs to find a "efficient" way to kill someone to begin with. The natural course of r conversations I've had with people that are pro-killing-people seems to lead to kill them quick, and get rid of all those appeals. Guess that the fact a bunch of deathrow inmates have been found innocent escapes a lot of people not to mention the concept of humanity. Oh well - to each his own :)
