Ever wondered why that would be? Its the only organisation that gives them food and "education''. You'll have to dive deeper in the mechanism at play here. Just ignorantly looking at the surface is not going resolve the problem (as witnessed for 50+ years). You'll have to prevent the seeding of terrorism. You cannot beat terrorism itself without looking at and blocking what is feeding them.

With bombs on innocent civillians you're just seeding more terrorism. I think the last 50+ has made that clear.
