You do not NEED to. You can use ASP programming to do what you want. We use the vbscript. You can run it on the server side so it does not matter what browser they are using. If you get into trying to do more than simple list and selections, I would say you want to look at Web Connect, because it allows you to use a lot of your Fox knowledge. ASP's will be slow and limited if you want to do any heavy number crunching. We use ASP's along with Fox Com Objects to get the job done, but we are Intranet only, and get only 500 to 700 hits a day. If we were going to the out side world and the number of hits were going up, Web connect would be what we used.
