Sorry JR, this is absurd and really doesn't require much of a reply, other than to say traffic lights are a core element of public safety and fall under the "law and order realm" where the govt is serving its true function, to protect the lives of citizens.

I'm going to have to check my calendar - if I didn't know better, this week must be National Straw Man Week :)
