Hi Tamar. Yes thats what I meant. I think usually here a court order of some kind would be needed for confiscation.,
Though here there are noises about allowing HMRC to access peoples accounts to take money if they feel tax is owed and has not been paid without a court being involved . I think the idea is its only after a certain number of written warnings.
