Nothing the Police could do for an hour or two, when the riot devil suddenly departed and order restored itself. When they say that disorder in any urban environment by as few as 10,000 people cannot be controlled at all by Police- I believe it.

He left my pregnant mother with a baby in her arms (me). Sounds like 3 dependents to me.
In any case he made his choices and put his thumb out on the road hitchhiking.
He has seen more of the US than you or I ever could.
