You didn't show the markup but I think the standard solution is to wrap the items in a grid row:

                    <div class="col-xs-3">
                        Start Time:
                    </div>
                    <div class="col-xs-3">
                        First Datepicker
                    </div>
                    <div class="col-xs-3">
                        End Time:
                    </div>

                    </div>
                </div>
            </div>
        </form>
(adjusting the spans as ness.).
