Vault comes with its own diff utility, but I never managed to set it to ignore whitespace and upper/lower... and various members of the team may have different preferences on the matter. I, for instance, run beautifier (with my settings) every dozen written lines; others on the team leave things as intellisense puts them, so it reports too many false positives. So I prefer to use the utility which comes with TotalCommander. I've also used BeyondCompare before... don't remember much, it did what it needed to do.
