Exactly.
I hate to sound like a broken record, but Woody Johnson's coronation as CEO of J&J - and hundreds of other examples like that where birth, not worth, have made people enormously wealthy and powerful is no less pernicious and injurious to the community than some shiftless guy who games the system and beats us out of a few K a year.
Of course there are people gaming the government systems, just as people like the Johnsons flaunt nepotism shamelessly.
Longstanding handling of other people's money - public or private- inevitably leads to corruption and the systems have to be purged periodically.
Anyone who does not go overboard- deserves to.
