If the eyewitness accounts are correct (coupled with the police not releasing the information on # of shots fired and whether the guy was shot repeatedly in the back, and/or/ shot with his arms in the air), the police dept is in some deep hot water on this one and they've handled it badly.

But your point is right - Mr Race Hustler (Sharpton) won't say one word about gang violence and shooting in Chicago when it's black on black (and certainly not when a white person is the victim).
