I'll tell you who is REALLY sweating over the pending execution action on immigration - the 15 or 16 Democratic Senators who are fighting for their lives to hold their seats in the November mid-terms. It's already obvious that many of the senators don't want Obama campaigning with them and are really trying to distance themselves from the president's positions. Over 60% of Americans right now don't favor amnesty - so any action Obama takes before November will likely make it even rougher for these Senators.
