>On Monday I was again on the brink of suicide, the second time in three months. After staying sober for 59 days earlier this year the alcoholism and depression got bad again, to the point that I was sick of my miserable life. The woman who has been helping me out since I messed up my foot in June called to see how I was doing. I told her I was feeling suicidal. She called the police, which she said as a doctor she is obligated to do when someone threatens suicide. The police came, put me in an ambulance, and checked me into the hospital. I was still feeling very down but I'm glad they did. (said by you on August 13)

>You need a fact checker for your posts---you say things all the time and yet deny saying them if someone questions you. And Craig's List? Your daughters must truly be tired of you if they wouldn't offer help. You never said just what happened with your foot, had trouble removing it from your mouth? or stubbed your toes on the bottles lying about? I am sure the story must be a good one, everything that happens to you is a "stop the presses" event and you get very upset when you don't get the attention you think you deserve, your nastiness comes out full force. You are not a kind and humble man. You have driven many people away from this forum and are probably considered a joke to the ones who remain. If this were my website I would have dropped you and your nonsense a long time ago.

Hello, "Sophia." I am not surprised that you have turned up in this conversation. And that's all I am going to say. My focus is on getting better.

PS -- Washington, DC -- that's a good one. You get around more than Carmen Santiago.
