Hi Walter,

Check out the last message of this thread: http://kb.sourcegear.com/VaultHelp/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=5071

Back in 4.x there was another trick that needed to be done in creating a special VFP9.exe.config, but that's not needed in the current version.

hth,

Hank

>>we've been using Vault, integrated with the IDE (with the exception of the PJM, which can be used but which is too much of a pain), for many years. We do use an enhanced scctext version. It's all in the settings in Vault (and VFP9.exe has to be registered as a COM object in the Vault config).

>>>We are using Sourcegear Vault. Its not integrated into the IDE, but to be honest its not such a big deal if you are used to manual checking in and out.
>>>Branching is something we barely use. Only if we go from one major version to another, we branch the sourcecode to be able to maintain two versions.
>>>
>>>We do use sharing a lot, for using the same classes/files through different versions and products.
