But the thing is from my experience whatever the _tally it shouldn't make a difference.
The facts are.
I created a cursor.
Inside a scan...endscan I added records in that cursor
After the endscan I tried to add other records with an insert and I couldn't
What I did to get out of that problem was suggested by developers here. Perhaps it looked weird to some people here but it was the only suggestion that maked things work as expected again.
So far no-one has been able to tell me why my code didn't work. And I really don't see what I could do to make it work. That is beside adding a GO TOP after the endscan.
