Hello Mike,
All problems should have a logical fix. It really looks like this one doesn't. I just applied a fix (even if it looks weird) suggested by other developers here. I'd really prefer to apply a fix and know what needed to be fixed. In this case only the GO TOP seems to be the solution.
If you ever think of something that would explain why the insert doesn't work feel free to tell me. In the meantime I'll have to live with that illogical GO TOP.
