Follow-up - there are 2 general issues here. (Certainly appreciate your comments here)

One is obvious. Several of Mike's posts are way out of line and clearly violate the T&C.


The second one isn't quite as obvious. How can someone tell if Mike has been drinking? Clearly with some posts it's easy to tell. But with others (like dropping an f-bomb at Nick), is it "during" or "after"?

And for that matter, I really question whether Mike is truly committed to doing something about this. Read the last part of his message over the weekend, where Mike speculates about how alcohol might help his creativity.
