Thank you for that, but it does speak to a situation where the server(s) are on a domain. Mine are not. They are on separate work-groups.

When I create the replication, I am using my account with windows authentication, and it seems to create the jobs for that with my windows account as the owner. I go in afterward and change the owner of the jobs to the SQL account created for that purpose, but that does fix the problem.

Correction: Should have said "but that does NOT fix the problem."
