[shrug] Perhaps he meant that he (only partially, rather than fully filled -- i.e. sufficiently filled to be considered filled) filled the medicine cabinet with marble-like objects? Of course the thought of a partially-filled cabinet might raise the question of "is it partially filled or is it partially empty?"
