Below the reply body section there is an "Upload images" section. Click on a "Browse" button to select a local file of a supported type. Once selected "No file selected." changes to the name of the file you selected (see attached image).
When you Send your message your selected image files are uploaded to the UT as attachments to your message.
Images aren't inserted into the message body, they show up as attachments at the top right.
