I do not know why he has not been banned (at least temporarily) for two of his messages that clearly violate the UT rules to the extreme. He may have received a warning on one but then he repeated bad behavior with the 2nd message. Perhaps if they are in the same thread then it counts as one occurrence? I don't recall if they were in the same thread or not but were regarding the same discussion. I hope Michel warned him at least - that may be the only thing to shake some sense into him. Additionally, it would be better for him if he didn't have the UT as an outlet right now. The only benefit right now is it demonstrates to others that he is still alive, but many are enabling him whether they wish to see it or not. It does appear to me that there are rules for some and then rules for everyone else unless Michel is really not aware of what is occurring on the UT right now.

No one can get him the help he needs. Only he can do that. He has sufficient resources in his community and AA group to know what will get him in NOW and not later so his "waiting" is his way of procrastinating until they call him and he is then forced to make the choice to go or not. Do not believe the words of an addict. Period.
