Sometime before the end of the year Microsoft will be releasing VFPCOM.DLL, which among some other very cool things, includes C versions of RecordSetToCursor and CursorToRecordSet, which are quite a bit faster than Ken's stuff written in VFP. (I might not have the method names right here.)
