I haven't seen any polls in years.
Back around 2005/2006, there was a developer poll that had Crystal at about 50-55% of the developer market (for reporting), and SSRS was somewhere around 20%.
But since then SSRS has picked up huge ground. SSRS got better, and Crystal lost fans with their licensing and their overall customer relationship model.
I haven't touched Crystal since around 2009.
My 2 cents - places with a long history of .NET/VB development are probably more likely continuing with Crystal, because they have such a huge investment in it. I still see job ads that list Crystal as a requirement
Newer .NET/SQL development is much more likely going with SSRS.
