Healthcare.gov is a wonderful site.

I love it

Only took me four hours (spanning two days), coupled with 2 hours and 15 minutes of total phone time - to confirm my daughter's SSN on our health plan.

The site wouldn't even let me upload a simple JPG of my daughter's birth certificate (which the original site somehow "lost") - I'm no birther, but there's some kind of cosmic irony that the site wouldn't let me upload a simple image of a document that our fearless leader wouldn't produce for the longest time.
