We are starting to get unusual errors on several user sites. In our application the user will get an error saying cannot fine file abc.dbf. The thing is that the file is alway there, sometimes it is a file from the data environment, other times it is a temp file that is created on the fly. Every time the file is on the network drive. We have done some testing over unc paths but get the same result. the server versions are 2003, but 1 might be 2008, trying to confirm that at the moment. When 1 customer moved the files to another server it fixed the problem. They have about 15 pc connected, 4 never got the error, the rest did, a few restarts later and the application would start. Some customers have out latest release, others have not been updated for months. It's really unusual an dI'm a bit stumped, any ideas out there?
