This was from something I recently did for a health care client. They had a huge dump of information where a patient would walk into a clinic, spend so much time between sign in and initial chart....then from initial chart to next step.....then to next step....then to final phase.

They wanted to aggregate and analyze which locations and even which staff were taking the longest (and shortest) to get patients from one phase to the next.
