Reminds me of a job opening I saw when I was looking for work. They wanted someone with:
5 years (each) in SQL, DB2 and Oracle
5 years (each) Windows and Linux
5 years (each) of .Net, PHP, Java and Javascript

the list went on and on.

And for this they were willing to pay 40K/year gross. In Austin.

And I am certain that they either had to raise the wage or they wound up with someone totally incompetent (who had to be replaced after they realized that they needed to raise the wage). You get what you pay for. OTOH, you don't need a rocket scientist to serve up burgers at McDonalds.
