Slight topic change...I couldn't remember when you posted the information on the Kaiser survey. Here's a deeper dive.

It's only a partial survey ( 16 metropolitan areas), certainly far from compelling.

It also doesn't speak conclusively on premium trends because the plans they examined weren't weighted by enrollment. Kaiser looked at the 2nd lowest silver plans in those metro areas and made a big leap that 2015 plans are slightly below second lowest silver plans this year.
