In the project manager, right click and choose 'Project Info' from the menu. At the bottom of the 'Project tab' on the form that comes up, check 'Attach Icon' and specify the icon file you want to use.

As for where to find icons, well VFP ships with some. They are in the Samples\graphics directory. You can peruse through there to see if any fit your needs, and if they don't hit the internet looking for icon files. I'm sure someone here knows where to find them...
