It says in the article that ".... another small victory for the Kiwi and his company has been registered. Kim Dotcom gets his (users) data back." - so it sounds to me like people are going to get their data back. So far the case seems to be a textbook example of how NOT to handle a case - and I'd say it's safe to say we'll see more of the same as this progresses.
