Thanks for your reply! :) I fixed this by using DOEVENTS. I create a loop
around DOEVENTS just after the DO FORM statement and then I use a variable to indicate that the form is released or not. Very crude :)

I simulate the modal form using my own event loop just outside the modeless form.
