Mels file is the most simple solution. For what I know, there is nothing else and nothing better.

It should be available via the links from UT without contacting Mel.
The how to use is in the threads linked
If you have problems to get the file, just PM me.

It's very easy.
Install VFP9, Update to SP2 and run Mels file. It will ask you for every additional part.
