>I am upgrading from VFP 9 SP1 to VFP 9 SP2. I have the file to do the upgrade, but I don't have the hotfixes. Where can I find the hotfixes? Is there one file that includes all three hot fixes? Thanks.

Chaim, you don't need to contact me.... Lutz has posted the link. Also, this is what my setup does... hope it helps......

This installer brings Visual FoxPro 9 SP2 up to date with the latest hot fixes, updates, and many add-ons that have been provided by Microsoft. You can selectively pick which items you wish to install. VFP 9 SP2 should already be applied before this installer is run.

This installer was created by Mel Cummings in Jan. 2014. Included is the latest fix/update found in hot fix VFP90SP2-KB968409-ENU which is a cumulative hot fix which brings VFP 9 SP2 and its runtime to the latest release from Microsoft.

Other hot fixes and Add-ons that Microsoft has provided to the VFP 9 SP2 developer community are now also provided within this Wise installation including the latest versions of the following.

You can optionally install the following from within this installer:
-VFP9 SP2 Help File - VFPx community version - (Version 1:06 and Published on 05/25/2011)
-GDIPLUS.DLL Security Update (Version 5.2.6001.22319 with a modified date of August 13, 2009 at 4:55:40 pm)
-Microsoft Visual FoxPro 9.0 "Sedna" Add-Ons (Version 1.0 and Published on 1/25/2008)
-Microsoft OLE DB Provider for Visual FoxPro 9.0 (Version 1.2 and Published on 5/16/2008)
-Visual FoxPro VFPCOM Utility (Version 1.2 and Published on 5/24/2005)

The above are found at (with exception of this version of Help file):
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/vfoxpro/bb190232.aspx
Note some of the above add-ons might require the use of Microsoft installer technology, so you might be requested to put in your VFP 9 CD/DVD for the selected setup to complete.

There are other fixes which are installed through Microsoft's update at:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/958371

Although Microsoft did provide the following four files within hot fix VFP90SP2-KB968409-ENU, they had to be "manually" copied, renamed, verified, etc. We found this very time consuming and highly "risky for mistakes." Perhaps the hot fix was rushed to the development community since an installer was not included like the other provided hot fixes and add-ons. This installer will quickly install the four required files, and also many other add-ons if you desire with little or no effort on your part.

The following files are installed with the latest release provided by Microsoft:

version 9.0.0.7423 of:
Vfp9.exe
vfp9r.dll
vfp9t.dll

and vfp9runtime.msm (no version for this file, but its size is 4,584,448 bytes).

Each of the 4 files are installed in the suggested folder given by Microsoft. We also install a notepad txt file (with version numbers) along with each of the 4 files installed (so you can verify the actual file was updated on your development system). The names of these notepad txt files are:

vfp9-exe-Hotfix7423.txt
vfp9r-dll-Hotfix7423.txt
vfp9t-dll-Hotfix7423.txt
vfp9runtime-msm-Hotfix.txt

This installer may be freely used by developers who have licensed copies of VFP 9 - see following Disclaimer. We have successfully used this installer on Windows XP 32 bit and Windows 7 64 bit (which writes the files to the Program Files (x86) folder. Since Windows 8 is similar to Windows 7 there should be no issues. You can change the install path as needed. The install should also work with no problem on anything Windows 98 or higher. Note: remember, we installed each of the 4 files of hot fix VFP90SP2-KB968409-ENU with a notepad txt file if a developer has any concerns about the file(s) being installed correctly.

Note on "registering" the files: since Microsoft did not provide any information that the enclosed 4 files had to be "registered" on the development computer, the dll's and exe are just "replaced" with the ones in hot fix VFP90SP2-KB968409-ENU. However, the other add-ons that did come with installers provided by Microsoft should take care of any registering if you decide to apply/install those.

Enjoy!
