There are two ways you can do this. The easiest is to create a Network Setup. Then all the files will be in one directory. You can unzip them in a single directory and run setup.

If you have a disk setup I think you do have to create Disk1, Disk2, Disk3 directories. Setup is smart enough to look for a ..\disk2, etc. directory after it installs each disk.
