I have gotten hundreds of crashes with VFP6 since installing it onto an IBM Thinkpad 770ED PII-266MHz with 160MB RAM. I seem to have the problem more often when running Outlook 97 and then closing Outlook or when it goes to retrieve mail messages. Usually I get a "OE" error more than not. I also then lose my network connection if I am connected to my LAN. I do not lose a dial up connection. VFP5 apps never had this problem. I believe we have a lot of compatability issues with some of the newer DLL updates and some of the older software apps at the moment. Has anyone at Microsoft responded yet to any of these issues. It seems that there are hundreds of people getting this problem. I don't believe that it is an IE 4.0 issue either because I am running that as well. Maybe this is what they meant by improved "Error Handling"!
