My point was that it's not the ACA being altered- it's a law from when Ronald Reagan was president.
Can we excuse lawmakers for missing a tricky anomaly from before they were born? If the answer is "no" then law researcher salaries and prestige needs to be increased to attract the very best human thinkers away from banking which is where society currently wants them to go.

IMHO it's sad. I know you like to disagree- but from everything I've seen in all those years looking at this stuff everywhere from Africa to Antipodes to Europe to the USA - IMO the previous US funding model had at best a decade before chaos ensued. Would you wish that on yourself?
