I have added additional formats for the date settings. You may click on Settings from the left to adjust it accordingly to the new format.

As for the offsync in the display, I tried to find where it needed to be adjusted. When you mention "message header", are you referencing to the tree view of the message detail showing the sender and the destinator of the message? Also, by member detail, is it the message detail showing the sender and the destinator of the message or when you click to access a member's detail?
