It's a shame that Microsoft hasn't figure out how to not release a clunker O.S. every other go at it.

Windows 98 = good

Windows ME = p.o.s.

Windows XP = good

Windows Vista = p.o.s.

Windows 7 = good

Windows 8 = p.o.s.

Windows 10 = ?? probably good
