Keep in mind, Mr. Holder and his Justice Department sought and obtained telephone records of journalists working for the Associated Press. And then went judge shopping to try to get a subpoena for James Rosen's email records, failing on his first two attempts but finally succeeding when he told a third judge that Rosen was a flight risk.
And then Holder lied to Congress about targeting reporters.
