I put rules into the antivirus to exclude dbf, cdx, scx and sct. This time I received "File access is denied z:\ssi_custq\form.scx." as the first error message.
When I disabled the AV, the error stopped. Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10. Old machine was Kaspersky Antivirus 6. Time to go harass the AV folks.
