Hi Grady:

You can test 2 solutions:

1) Delete the old file before exporting to XL5

2) If problem persist, use Sysinternals Process Explorer (now from Microsoft, it's free) and use the search icon to find what process is using that file.

PS: May be your antivirus is blocking your XL5 file while scanning?
