Foxpro 2.6 for Windows:

I have a screen that is used for data entry. I need to show a window on top of this screen that contains a general field (a picture) that the user refers to during data entry. I need to be able to enter data while this general field is being viewed and to be able to move the general field window around so that data can be entered anywhere on the main screen. I do not need the capability to edit the general field.

Can this be done? I have tried all sorts of ways with no luck. My general field window keeps disappearing behind the data entry window when I try to enter data.
