You have every right to keep your point. So do I. I respect yours, but what I take or not is up to me. We made it clear, know where we stand, and will respect this further on.

Customer support?
If it is for free it is marketing. At best. Mostly it's data gathering and product testing for free. Marketing is honest compared to this.

Then you might have a fair prise for valuable information. Thats rare.

And for some companies it's a cash cow that charges you without value.

I need to end this right now- it's to tricky in english - and I have urgent support business.

I see no good way to end this thread the way I like - but let me say that you have my deep respect and it is not the target to have an argument or put some blame on you.
