I recently came across an issue that I can't seem to resolve.

The current version of MS Word as expired, but I can still instantiate it using CREATEOBJECT.
But I get a error that VFP can capture (via TRY).
The message says

"OLE IDispatch exception code 0 from Microsoft Word: The Add method or property is not available because the license to use this application has expired...."

In the FINALLY block, I attempt to execute the QUIT method, but errors too
Setting the object variable to NULL does not kill the running instance of Word in the Task Manager either.

Any suggestion as to how the terminate the running Word instance?
