Thanks, Tore, but I know that stuff already and have done it and done it again and again.
Problem is there are no WINDBROW items in the ID column of FoxUser after browsing a table and manipulating it.
I did find "Visual Foxpro 9.0 SP2 and SP1 Browse last/preference do not remember columns positions when used with cursors " at
https://connect.microsoft.com/VisualStudio/feedback/details/422102/visual-foxpro-9-0-sp2-and-sp1-browse-last-preference-do-not-remember-columns-positions-when-used-with-cursorsBut, I'm not browsing cursors.
At my old job we were using VFP 9 SP1 and I had no problems. But, I'm using VFP 9 SP2, which I've never really trusted. VFP8 works ok. I do see that other windows (modi comm and modi form) are working ok and being saved in Foxuser, just the browses are not.
