I want to hide IP of my iPad so that I can stream some tv programs from Spanish TV (they allow some and block some). I googled and one suggestion I see is to use VPN service. I don't understand, however, how VPN service will block my iPad IP. And do they mean that I have to purchase some 3P VPN service? Or how does it work?
