It all depends how they (Spanish tv) "monitor" who is trying to watch the programs. Funny thing is that I would like to watch some sporting events from Spain (like futbol or tennis) which I can see on my American TV with no problem. But watching these programs in English does not help me to learn the Spanish terminology :)
