Depends on what you use really...
Easiest way to syntax highlight these days though is to use some JavaScript plug-in that does this for you. Just put the PRE text and then specify the language and the JS will do the formatting. Biggest problem there is that most don't support FoxPro so you have to customize.

Ace Editor JS component (which is an online editor but it also works for display only) and I created a FoxPro syntax module for it:
http://codepaste.net/whm5yuThere are a number of other HTML Syntax highlighters out there, but you have to create the FoxPro highlighting usually, which is not too hard - start with the VB sytnax and just customize with FoxPro's keywords and delimiters usually.
