Is this the same as Symbol LS4278? If so, you can download the documentation at http://www.posmicro.com/downloads/ls4278_qs.pdf. On page 14 you can see how to add Carriage Return And Line Feed characters automatically. That's the easiest, and also the best way, to fix your problem.
